RETURNS 

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery for exchange or store credit only- no refunds.
• Items purchased on sale are final sale.
• To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and received within 14 days from delivery of order
• * Please note gift cards are non-returnable
• Please do not send your purchase back without first initiating a return by emailing us at hello@southpawwoolery for further instructions and return address information.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.
• If  approved, then your exchange or store credit will be processed, within 5 business days.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
• If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
